Kent again for a combi boiler swap! Landlord owned property for a boiler that, as usual, was very old, leaking terribly from it’s PRV and fouling central heating water all over the outside wall.

The flat itself was pretty small and the cupboard the boiler is located in even smaller…I am not a terribly small chap. This day was a squeeze all day.
We also had TRV’s to replace, a new radiator and Alan changed three sets of taps and the shower. A busy boiler installation day for sure.
This combi boiler swap was first floor and that means carrying lots of tools up and down multiple steps, thankfully we are both fit and strong.
Like for like is a term often used but in this case it really was so close that all the pipework very nearly lined up exactly with only a few little stretches of new piping needed. Wonderful.
GAS SAFE
As always, make sure that your gas boiler engineer is Gas Safe registered to ensure the safety of your home and family
